Here we are reporting yet another month of record high employment – the “working age” employment rate is now 74.9% ( Office for National Statistics ) – another first and another “highest level since records began” report.

The number of candidates “in work” has climbed above 32 million for the first time ever – and Job Boards are still reporting advertised job vacancies up 10% against this time last year.
