Customer Service Advisor Bristol £20k + bonus + benefits

We are looking for proactive and motivated customer service and/or sales professionals to join our talented team. Got what it takes? Then we need to talk!

The Role

As Customer Service Advisor you will engage with people over the phone on a daily basis, via inbound and outbound calls supporting learners who are signed up to commercial courses. Ensuring the highest level of customer experience across the end-to-end engagement process, you will support their progression. Your responsibilities will include:

  • handling all telephone / email enquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • ensuring learners are provided with accurate course information
  • booking learners into online support sessions and courses as required
  • reporting on progress of learners towards the completion of their programme
  • processing payments / raising purchase orders
  • liaise with sales, finance, quality, management and delivery teams as required
  • undertake customer satisfaction surveys

The Person

As Customer Service Advisor you will have customer service experience, ideally in a contact / call centre environment. With a passion for delivering excellence and a proven track record of achieving targets you will also have:

  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • effective time management and organisational skills
  • excellent customer service / relationship building skills
