The Role

As HR Business Partner you will develop / implement people plans to support delivery of business strategies and developing professional HR relationships across the company. Key responsibilities include:

  • providing active leadership on HR issues ( resourcing / reward / performance / change / culture )
  • coaching managers on how to engage with employees / build peoples' capabilities effectively
  • ensuring key HR operational processes are in place and delivered successfully
  • maintaining / monitoring standards with sector leads in line with Ofsted / legal guidelines
  • contributing to cross sector / function projects supporting company's strategic plan

The Person

As HR Business Partner you will have generalist HR experience and be comfortable interacting at all levels of management. CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with experience of working in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines, you will be required to travel from time to time and you will have:

  • strong communication / self-motivation skills
  • ability to handle complex / difficult situations with confidence
  • excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and multi task
  • high level of HR professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
  • good energy / enthusiasm / flexibility
