Great opportunity for customer service advisor in fast paced role with forward thinking training company.

The Role

As Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them start their work based learning journey. Your duties will include:

  • making appointments for potential customers
  • checking eligibility of prospective learners
  • signing up learners through digital enrolment process
  • answering queries about courses & qualifications
  • sending confirmation emails / reminders
  • compiling and running reports as required

This role is a fixed term contract.

The Person

As Customer Service Advisor you will have a Call Handling / Contact Centre experience in a similar phone based environment (business admin. / call centre ). You will also have:

  • a polite, confident and friendly telephone manner / ability to build relationships
  • experience of results orientated / pressurised environment.
  • B2C and B2B experience
  • good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • attention to detail / ability to learn quickly
  • excellent administrative and organisational skills.

This role is a fixed term contract.
