Customer Service Coordinator required for top performing training company in Bristol

The Role

As Customer Service Coordinator you will be responsible for following up enquiries from apprenticeship learners and employers. You will coordinate appointments for learners to meet with company trainers who will sign them up to apprenticeship programmes. Responsibilities also include:

  • answering customer queries about courses / qualifications
  • gathering / documenting information about customers into the CRM database
  • compiling / running reports and tracking follow up calls / appointments
  • keeping up to date with company's products / services
  • meeting team / individual productivity targets

You must be a great organiser who loves interacting with people on the phone on a daily basis, have bags of confidence and the desire to deliver great customer service and excellent follow up coordination.

The Person

With a positive attitude and a passion for success, you will have some previous customer service / sales support / call handling / administration experience. Able to build relationships with both internal and external clients and with a professional, confident and friendly telephone manner, you will have:

  • good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • good customer service / sales support experience
  • excellent communication / listening / organisational skills
  • resilience to maintain standards and performance under pressure
