Our client is the country's first app-only energy supplier. The really smart bit is that they deal only in clean, sustainable energy … and they're only just getting started. Their market-disrupting, consumer-focused digital energy model is designed specifically to meet the need for change in the energy sector.

They are creating a number of job opportunities for energetic digital Customer Service Advisors excited about the potential. Communicating with customers across digital channels, you'll act as the voice of the company as you advise, guide, educate, engage and support your customers.

Our client is based in Bath, only a short walk from the railway station. Company benefits include private medical insurance, contributory pension scheme, unlimited holiday, life assurance, cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan and many more.

Work should fit around your life, not the other way around. That's why our client offers fully flexible hours between 8am and 8pm, weekdays and weekends. Ideally they'd like you to work at least 20 hours a week, but are flexible. So whether you want to look after your family, go to the gym before work or you're just not an early morning person they would love to hear from you.


If you're curious, a great communicator and committed to giving great customer service, then we should be talking. A passion about the purpose and mission of the business is a must have as is an ability to work confidently, taking ownership of everything from queries to complaints. If you do have previous experience in an energy company that's great.

  • deal efficiently with a full range of customer enquiries via digital channels
  • take in and assess customer feedback to continually improve our service
  • direct customers to relevant online support, seeking technical guidance as required
  • develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of company products and services
