Our client is a start-up energy supplier dealing only in clean, sustainable energy… and they're only just getting started. Their market-disrupting, consumer-focused digital energy model is designed specifically to meet the need for change in the energy sector, and to tackle our Climate Crisis.

They're creating a number of opportunities for energetic digital Customer Service Advisors. Communicating with customers across digital channels, you'll act as the voice of the company as you advise, guide, educate, engage and support your customers.

If you're curious, a great communicator and committed to giving great customer service, then we should be talking. A passion about the purpose and mission of the business, and about sustainability in general is a must. You'll be able to work confidently, taking ownership of everything from queries to complaints. If you have previous energy experience that's great.

  • deal efficiently with a full range of customer enquiries via digital channels
  • take in and assess customer feedback to continually improve our service
  • direct customers to relevant online support, seeking technical guidance as required
  • develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of company products and services
