Train for an IT Helpdesk / Application Support role in beautiful Bath
As IT Helpdesk - Trainee you will join an expanding support team to meet the needs of a growing customer base. You will provide remote technical support to external customers via a ticketing system, assisting them with the company's cloud-based application. Full training will be provided.
Our Bath based client has a cloud-based SAAS application and an expanding global user-base. This application helps control costs across organisations giving accounts teams complete real-time visibility of any purchases their colleagues are making. As the company grows, the requirement to provide high-quality support increases and you will be joining an expanding company at a very exciting time.
As IT Helpdesk Support Assistant you will ideally have some customer support / technical support experience. With strong communication skills, an aptitude for problem solving and a desire to help customers, you will also need a strong desire to learn about new applications & technologies, together with an understanding of the following:
