As Customer Service Administrator you will be the main point of contact for customers, providing administrative support for the wholesale & retail teams. Delivering professional customer service at all times your responsibilities will include:

As Customer Service Administrator you will have experience in an office / customer service / administration environment, and be well organised, reliable, independent, honest and motivated. You will be required to work a rotating weekly rota of 3 shifts as follows: 8am - 4.30pm, 9am - 5.30pm or 10.30am - 7pm.
