Communicating with customers across digital channels, you'll act as the voice of Pure Planet as you advise, guide, educate, engage, support and feedback.

THIS IS YOU
If you're curious, a great communicator and committed to giving great customer service, then we want you. You'll be passionate about our sustainable, renewable purpose and be able to work confidently, taking ownership of everything from queries to complaints. Ideally you'll have experience working in the energy industry.
