The Role

As Conveyancing Paralegal you will work in the Residential Conveyancing department. Maintaining a professional attitude and effective communications between clients, fee earners, team members and colleagues your responsibilities will include:

  • dealing with initial enquiries ensuring accurate information is recorded
  • assisting solicitors (legal work / set up new matters / completion & post completion tasks)
  • drafting and issuing of legal documents
  • supporting compliance officer with CQS accreditation
  • liaising with third parties to chase documentation as and when required

The Person

As Conveyancing Paralegal you will already have experience in a similar role / relevant qualifications. With a flexible approach and the ability to work as part of a team, you will need the following skills:

  • good working knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Word / Excel / Outlook )
  • attention to detail / excellent communication skills
  • professional telephone manner
  • time management skills & ability to prioritise
  • experience of Ochresoft would be advantageous
