Internal Quality Assurer / IQA - Adult Care Yorkshire / Manchester to £30,600 + benefits

The Role

As Internal Quality Assurer / IQA you will be responsible the quality assurance sampling of qualifications, supporting Regional Trainers to interpret, understand and apply the standards & assessment requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

• conducting quality assurance activities using desktop verification
• supporting trainers with assessment methodology
• producing sampling plans based on risk
• ensuring new trainers complete onboarding programmes
• ensuring teams use up to date resources
• providing information, advice and guidance to trainers to support learners
• maintaining / enhancing relationships with business support teams

The Person

As Internal Quality Assurer Adult Care you will already be a qualified Assessor ( e.g. IQA / CAVA / EAT ) with experience of operating within a WBL / education environment. With experience working in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines you will also have:

• strong communication / self-motivation skills
• excellent attention to detail
• ability to work in changeable, operational environments
• high energy, enthusiasm and flexibility
