Customer Services Support Manager for exciting new role supporting member service teams in a fast growing digital sustainable energy supplier in Bath

THIS IS THE BUSINESS

Our client is a digital, renewable energy supplier dealing only in clean, sustainable energy. Their market-disrupting, consumer-focused digital energy model is designed specifically to meet the need for change in the energy sector, and to tackle our Climate Crisis.

To support the growth of their Customer Services teams the Support Manager role is being introduced. You will manage training, change and forecasting and planning activities providing a pro-active and supportive service to all Customer Services teams. You will support the achievement of service levels, review / improve induction and ongoing training, and own the forecasting and planning of people across teams.

THIS IS YOU

As Customer Services Support Manager you will have a great understanding of how service works, be great at multitasking and brimming with enthusiasm. With experience working in a contact centre environment and with a passion for sustainability and the environment you will also need:

  • ability to support others to develop through coaching
  • experience of training / change management / forecasting / planning
  • first-hand experience of delivering continuous improvements
  • ability to resolve competing demands / cope with changing priorities

This role is based in Bath but can be performed from home with regular visits to the Office.
