Billing System Manager Bath £50,000 to £65,000 p.a. depending on experience

Experienced Billing System Technical Product Owner for brand new forward thinking role with fast growing digital sustainable energy supplier in Bath

THIS IS THE BUSINESS

Our client is a digital, renewable energy supplier dealing only in clean, sustainable energy. Their market-disrupting, consumer-focused digital energy model is designed specifically to meet the need for change in the energy sector, and to tackle our Climate Crisis.

As Billing Manager you'll be managing the continual development, delivery and improvement of the billing system. Working with a small technical team your main responsibilities will include:

• technical partner management of Gentrack from delivery / operations perspective
• innovation / design workshops with design teams & Gentrack to create optimum solutions
• prototyping of new features and tariffs
• working with the support team on Junifer platform
• support the business in driving the triaging and resolution of bugs within the product;

THIS IS YOU

As Technical Product Owner you already have experience in Energy Billing systems, Agile methodologies, and ideally the Gentrack Junifer system. You will also need the following:

• capability to manage stakeholders and their expectations
• ability to work with cross-functional teams
• analytical and problem-solving skills / strong communication and influencing skills
• excellent verbal and interpersonal skills /experience working with multiple priorities and deadlines
• knowledge of retail energy sector / smart metering / billing systems / data analysis
• knowledge of testing / mobile applications / web based systems / Salesforce / AI and automation.

This role is based in Bath but can be performed from home with regular visits to the Office

Our client will be reviewing all applications on Thursday 18 February and plan to start first stage interviews week commencing Monday 22 February
