Customer Service Advisor (6 month fixed term contract) Bristol £20,400 p.a. (pro-rata)

The Role

As Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding level of customer service through the provision of telephone and administrative support to learners undertaking Commercial courses and qualifications. You will be responsible for:

  • handling all telephone and email enquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • ensuring that learners are provided with accurate course information
  • ensuring highest levels of customer experience across the end-to-end engagement process
  • maintaining contact to guide, support and assess the level of learning achieved
  • reporting on the progress of learners towards the completion of their programme

The Person

As Customer Service Advisor you have some experience in a similar role and will have the following skills:

  • excellent communication and listening skills
  • confident / friendly telephone manner and ability to build relationships
  • effective time management and organisational skills
