Based: Aldsworth GL54 3QZ

THE ROLE

As Office Administrator you will provide wide-ranging administrative support in an office providing occupational health services to companies across the UK. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner / consultant occupational physician your responsibilities include:

  • client liaison and clinical support services / arranging and co-ordinating client appointments
  • co-ordinating clinical activities for the occupational health professional
  • assisting with the completion of client medical records and other correspondence
  • arranging initial clinical appointments and drafting reports through to case management and closure
  • preparing and co-ordinating appointment schedules for occupational health team
  • handling internal office administration including mail in/out, stationery and office supplies
  • coordination and support of marketing and social media activities
  • arranging online meetings with Zoom, Teams, Skype etc

Their offices are in an attractive private location with convenient car parking.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be an experienced Office Administrator with excellent communication skills both verbal and written along with:

  • attention to detail in document preparation
  • a high level of computer literacy with MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • a positive attitude and the ability to work to tight deadlines
