Experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer needed for IT focused Gloucester based electrical contractor with branches nationwide
As 2nd Line Support Engineer you will provide 2nd line deskside and remote IT support to all users. Your responsibilities will include:

As 2nd Line Support Engineer you will have relevant qualifications ( RITTech / Microsoft ) and experience in a similar role. With an understanding of basic cyber security principles and experience working to defined SLAs you will also have:
