The Role

As Qualifications Operations Manager you will be responsible for providing accurate / valuable insight into the Qualifications operations of the business using both non-financial and financial information. You will also be responsible for:

  • managing customer accounts within SLAs
  • writing monthly analysis on performance & action issues
  • producing regular management Information, inc. individual team member's performance against KPIs
  • responding to queries on data, process & reports
  • managing relationships to investigate / implement improvements to external Qualifications system
  • communicating development ideas / streamlining processes & procedures
  • assisting with orders / invoice processing / billing
  • creation of new Qualification policies
  • monitoring team resource levels to meet growth / client demands

The Person

As Operations Manager - Qualifications you will have experience in a similar role, supervising teams and training staff. With an awareness of key Vendors, Qualifications, Customers & Suppliers in the marketplace, and an understanding of group control processes & compliance in a 'big data' company, you will also have:

  • experience of resource planning
  • ability to work to specific timescales and deadlines
  • ability to learn new systems / processes / policies / regulations
  • good knowledge of Excel
  • excellent customer service skills / attention to detail
