Customer Service Advisor - Energy Bath up to £22,000 p.a. + benefits

Train to become a Customer Service Advisor with a vibrant and inclusive renewable energy company that cares for and invests in its people.

THE ROLE

As a Customer Service Advisor you will undergo training enabling you to use chat, email and telephone to connect with customers offering advice, guidance, support and feedback. On a daily basis you will:

  • deal efficiently with a full range of customer enquiries
  • assess customer feedback to continually improve service
  • direct customers to relevant online support, seeking technical guidance as required
  • develop & maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company products & services

THE COMPANY

Our client is the country's first app-only energy supplier. Their market-disrupting, consumer-focused digital energy model is designed specifically to meet the need for change in the energy sector. They are based in Bath, only a short walk from the railway station.

THE PERSON

Are you a recent graduate keen to gain training in a growing industry? With a passion for sustainability and good communication skills you must be able to manage your own time and think on your feet.

The company believes work should fit around your life, not the other way around. Ideally you will work at least 20 hours a week. Full time hours are 37.5 hours per week although there is flexibility in this depending on your circumstances. There will be some weekend working but this is flexible.

This role can either be worked from the office or home or a mixture of both. You should anticipate working from the Bath office several times a month but there is some flexibility on this depending on your location.
